How two sisters shaped BIMBA Y LOLA
BIMBA Y LOLA began in Spain in February 2005, founded by sisters Uxia and Maria Dominguez Rodriguez. Within about 18 months, the brand had some 60 stores across Spain and Portugal, so its early story is tied to fast store growth rather than to one single hero item.
In 2013, the name and logo were simplified to BIMBA Y LOLA. On the rail, the brand is easiest to read through leather and canvas bags, printed dresses, knitwear, shoes, scarves and jewellery, where colour, print and small hardware details do much of the work.
